Champion Bet Uganda: Football Betting, Extra Bonus and Mobile Money

Champion Bet is a small, Uganda-only bookmaker with a football focus: more than 800 leagues and cups, local clubs such as KCCA FC and Vipers SC, and an Extra Bonus that adds up to 30% to winning accumulators. It takes deposits through MTN and Airtel and also through branches. This page covers the licence, what you can bet on, the bonus rules and the payment limits, and says plainly what Champion Bet does not have.

Limits and the bonus below come from a September 2025 review on CasinoBonus.ug; check championbet.ug for the current figures before you register or deposit. We are an independent site and not Champion Bet.

What Is Champion Bet

Champion Bet operates only in Uganda, online and through branches where players can deposit and withdraw. It is small: Top100Bookmakers measured only about 223 visits a day. Odds are decimal only and money is in Ugandan shillings (UGX). The Extra Bonus has been in force since 1 February 2019, so the brand has been trading since at least early 2019. The brand is on X as @ChampionBetUG and on Facebook.

Getting started takes four steps. Registration asks for a nickname of at least two characters, a +256 mobile number, an email address, your date of birth and confirmation of your age; your login details then arrive by SMS. An Android app (championbetandroid.apk) is available outside Google Play through an SMS link or QR code, and Android needs “unknown sources” enabled during installation. iPhone users can use the mobile site in a browser.

1. Open championbet.ug and choose Register.
2. Enter a nickname, your +256 number, email and date of birth, and confirm your age and the rules.
3. Receive your login details by SMS and sign in.
4. Deposit with MTN or Airtel Money, or at a branch, and place a first bet.

Licence and Operator

The operator in the 2024 NLGRB register is Parsha International Limited, with a General Betting Operating Licence and a Gaming or Betting Machine General Operating Licence. The machine licence points to a physical presence, which fits the branches. The minimum age is 25, the Ugandan market rule. Check the licence on the current NLGRB register before you register or deposit.

800+ Football Competitions and 17 Sports

Football is the core. CasinoBonus.ug counts more than 800 leagues, tournaments and cups, including the English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Ligue 1, the Champions League and the Europa League. Local fans can bet on KCCA FC, Vipers SC, SC Villa and Express FC. Across all sports there are 17, among them tennis, basketball, cricket, darts, snooker, squash, rugby, boxing and ice hockey.

You can bet pre-match and live, with match trackers, league tables and statistics available. There is no live video streaming.

The Extra Bonus on Accumulators

The Extra Bonus raises the winnings of an accumulator. It pays 3% at five events and adds one percentage point for every extra event, reaching 30% at 32 events. Every event must have odds of at least 1.20. If any selection is below 1.20 when you place the bet, no bonus is paid. If fewer than five qualifying events remain at settlement, the bonus is lost. The promotion has been in force since 1 February 2019 and can be withdrawn at any time. The ladder below is calculated from that rule.

Check the promotions page for any welcome offer or promo code before you register or deposit. A long accumulator pays well when it wins, but each extra event also makes it less likely.

MTN, Airtel and Branch Payments

According to CasinoBonus.ug (September 2025), MTN Mobile Money deposits and withdrawals run from UGX 1,000 to UGX 7,000,000, and Airtel Money from UGX 1,000 to UGX 5,000,000. Each transaction carries a Champion Bet charge of UGX 250 plus the network tariff, and transfers normally finish within five minutes. Branches accept deposits and pay withdrawals as well; ask support for the nearest one. Confirm limits and fees in the cashier before you deposit.

Customer care answers on 0800 203090 in English. Set your own deposit and time limits before you play.

Casino, Jackpots and Virtuals

The casino is a slot lobby. Titles named by CasinoBonus.ug include Jewel Fruits, Rich Fish, Burning Dice, Magic Lady, Horus Eye, Pandora and Game Atlantis. Registered players can win casino jackpots on gold, silver and bronze levels. Virtual sports cover football, dog racing and Lucky Six. Aviator appears as a menu item; check the lobby for live games.

What Champion Bet does not offer, according to the reviews:

• Live streaming of matches.
• Two-factor login.
• Live-dealer casino.
